SHIPPING/ DELIVERY POLICY 

We put sincere thought and care into making our handcrafted products and that can take 5-7 business days to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped. So please allow the allotted time to receive your package(s). Orders placed after 3pm EST will, typically, be processed the next business day.

• If your package(s) is returned to us, unopened, due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery, we will assess the package(s) and cause of delivery failure to determine resolution. If a refund is to be given as a resolution, then we will process a full refund minus shipping and processing fees within 14 business days of receiving the returned package(s) from the shipping carrier. We do not do automatic reships of packages. Also please keep in mind that, if a refund is the chosen resolution, when the refund is processed, your bank may take additional time to process the refund before it posts to your banking account.  Thank you.
