RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, Dale Marie does not accept returns, exchanges, and does not issue refunds, unless there is a shipping/delivery issue which that information is outlined in our shipping policy. At Dale Marie all of our products are handcrafted especially for you. As well as carefully packaged, in excellent condition, to ensure safe delivery to you. Therefore, at this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED NOR RETURNED ONCE ORDERED. However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please follow the steps below and we would be happy to assist and direct you in the right direction:
- If the package(s) and or product(s) is damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s) take pictures of the outside of "ALL" the packaging as well as "ALL" the product(s) inside and email us the pictures along with your concern, pertaining to the issue, at support@shopdalemarie.com.Â
- If you received a package(s) but the address on the package(s) is not your address please "DO NOT" open the package(s) and please email us at support@shopdalemarie.com and we would be happy to assist you. Thank you.
